     Frederick Joseph Wood was born on 1 August 1882 at Kings Co, Nova Scotia.2,1 He was the son of Joseph N. Wood and Lizzie Lowe.1 Frederick Joseph Wood died on 4 October 1955 at Hospital, Wolfville, Kings Co, Nova Scotia, at age 73; It was believed that Frederick had suffered a heart attack while picking apples, and had fallen off the ladder. The ccident ost likely occurred at his residence in Port Willaims.2 He was buried on 6 October 1955 at Lower Church Street, Port Williams?, Kings Co, Nova Scotia.2
