William D. Wood & Olivia H. Williams
William D. Wood, said to have been born Cornwallis, Nova Scotia and Olivia Hovey
Williams were married in 1817 at Rawdon, Hants Co, Nova Scotia. Planters or
Loyalists?? I am looking for others who are researching this family! Is William
descended from Marbel Wood and Rebecca Rawlins who died at Rawdon in 1813? Is
Olivia descended from Rev. Joseph Williams and Hannah Hovey who married at Horton,
NS in 1770? Also seeking any additions and corrections to this database.
William D. Wood and Olivia Williams supposedly had at least their first child
in Nova Scotia before removing to Saint John, New Brunswick in 1826. They resided
in Simonds Parish for many years.
