Fulk IV of Anjou was born in 1043 at Anjou, France. He was the son of Count Geoffrey II of Gâtinais and (?) Ermengarde de Anjou.1 Fulk IV of Anjou married Hildegarde de Baugency in 1067.1 Fulk IV of Anjou married (?) Ermengarde de Borbon circa 1075.1 Fulk IV of Anjou married (?) Orengarde of Chatelaillon circa 1076.1 Fulk IV of Anjou married Bertrade de Montfort, daughter of Simon De Montfort and Agnes de Everaux, in 1089 at France; She became the 5th wife of Fulk IV, but left him after having a son, Fulk V, going to live at the court of the King of France.1 Fulk IV of Anjou died on 14 April 1109 at Anjou, France.1
