     Chester Bullis was born on 30 January 1849 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2,3,1 He was the son of Allen William Bullis and Matilda Prudence Scott.1 Chester Bullis married Lizzie McLoughlin on 10 May 1871 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont.4,5 Chester Bullis married Sarah Lavina Stevens on 14 December 1872 at Vermont.2 Chester Bullis died on 23 November 1940 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont, at age 91; Chester Bullis was aged 91-9-24.5,6
