     Charles H. Dean was born on 21 July 1884 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.2,1 He was the son of Joseph Henry Dean and Sophia Gill.1 Charles H. Dean has also be reported to have been born 24 June 1885 His WWI Draft Registration on 10 Sep 1918 gives his birthdate as 24 Jun 1885, his permanent home address as Waltham, but a note on the back says "This man is insane and a patient at State Hospital, Westboro, Mass." It indicates he was 33, short in height, of medium build with gray eyes and brown hair.3
     He appeared on the census of 1910 at Westborough State Hospital, Westborough, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; He was a patient.4 He appeared on the census of 1920 at Westborough State Hospital, Westborough, Worcester Co, Massachusetts; He was a patient.5 He appeared on the census of 1930 at Grafton State Hospital, Grafton, Worcester Co, Massachusetts.6
