Nancy Ann Scott was born on 28 March 1822 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of William Scott and Prudence Covey. Nancy Ann Scott was baptized on 29 August 1832 at Clarenceville, Missisiquoi Co, Quebec.1 She married Joseph M. Partlow circa 1841. Nancy Ann Scott died on 4 November 1914 at Woodland, Cowlitz Co, Washington, at age 92.2
