     Hattie Elvira Richards was born on 24 March 1859 at Wisconsin.1 She was the daughter of Prosper D. Richards and Narcissa Geer.1 Hattie Elvira Richards died on 18 December 1930 at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, Kent Co, Michigan, at age 71; Hattie was divorced from Ernest, who was living in Rockford, Illinois at the time.1
