     Phillier Bissell married Mary Arlotta Hislop, daughter of William Hislop and Margaret Mounsey Young, on 26 October 1852.1 Phillier Bissell died on 14 May 1889.2 He was buried at Fitch Bay Cemetery, Fitch Bay, Stanstead Co, Quebec.2
