Agnes Seger/Sorg

     Agnes Seger/Sorg was born at Jagstkreis, Wurttemberg, Germany. She married Leonhard Maybach, son of David Maybach and Appolonia Muntzenier, on 27 January 1624 at Bibersfeld, Jagstkreis, Wurttemberg, Germany; Agnes Seger was widowed, so Seger may be her married name. No marriage found as yet for a Sorg to a Seger.¹ Agnes Seger/Sorg died on 18 January 1662 at Poppenweiler, Ludwigs District, Württemberg, Germany.²
     At this point, the correct surname for Agnes: Seger or Sorg, is unknown. Her son George's birth record shows it as Sorg, but her marriage record to Leonhard lists Seger.
