     Grady Fountain was born on 10 June 1924 at Florala, Alabama; letter from Virginia to Muriel Dean, 27 Jun 1974. He married Virginia Catherine Dean, daughter of Ernest Dean and Ethel Zane Smith, on 25 July 1945.1 Grady Fountain and Virginia Catherine Dean were divorced on 13 March 1950; notes of Muriel F. Dean, 1974. Grady Fountain died on 24 January 2012 at age 87.
