     Priscilla S. Elliott was born on 3 April 1914 at Pomfret, Windham Co, Connecticut.1,2 She married William Dean Moss, son of William Edward Moss and Rhoda M. Dean, on 21 March 1942.2 Priscilla S. Elliott died on 19 February 1988 at Pomfret, Windham Co, Connecticut, at age 73.1
