     Elizabeth Margaret Colgan was born on 25 April 1914 at Clinton Co, New York.1 She was the daughter of George Colgan and Emogene Covey. Elizabeth Margaret Colgan married Charles Wellington Potter, son of Charles Wesley Potter and Mary Idella Blair, on 21 September 1938 at United Church, Russelltown, Huntingdon Co, Quebec; Charles was a farmer of Covey Hill, and Bessie was of Mooers, Clinton Co, NY. Her father was of Beekmantown, and her mother had passed.2,1 Elizabeth Margaret Colgan died on 9 May 1987 at Havelock, Huntingdon Co, Quebec, at age 73.1
