Morton Vincent was born on 17 September 1888 at Burke, Franklin Co, New York.1 He married Bertha Merinda Salls, daughter of Arthur Eugene Salls and Mary Jane Gillett, on 17 March 1908.1 Morton Vincent died on 30 July 1983 at Alice Hyde Hospital, Malone, Franklin Co, New York, at age 94;
Morton was 94 years when he died. He lived his whole life on the farm where he was born He was a dairy and potato farmer and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was survived by a son, Silas of Burke; three daughters, Mrs. George (Emogene) Wheeler of Malone; Mrs. Everest (Dorothy) Boyea of Westville; and Mrs. Edwin (Betty) Wescott of Burke. He was predeceased by three sisters n childhood and two brothers, Elmer and Alvin.1,2 He was buried at Morningside Cemetery, Malone, Franklin Co, New York.1
