     William Mortimer Patterson was born on 20 May 1878 at Hartford, Hartford Co, Connecticut.1 He was the son of William Gillies Patterson and Rachel Campbell Kerr Howard. William Mortimer Patterson married Gertrude Neville in 1902. William Mortimer Patterson died on 23 October 1951 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co, California, at age 73.1 He was buried at Valhalla Memorial Park, North Hollywood, Los Angeles Co, California.2
