This Day at Noon the Jane Schooner, Captain Belding, arrived in 27 Days from Halifax, with a Cargo of Fish, &c. Two days previous to her departure, intelligence arrived from Washington with an account that a Vessel was to have sailed on the 6th ult. for England and France with dispatches. The Embargo still continues, and Congress is not expected to meet until November.par
