     Arthur Franklin Scott was born on 11 February 1863 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont.2,1,3 He was the son of Robert Dent Scott and Sarah C. Brigham.1 Arthur Franklin Scott married Minnie Scott, daughter of Wallace W. Scott and Lizzie Green, on 31 January 1885 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont.3 Arthur Franklin Scott died on 2 October 1943 at 107 Main Street, Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont, at age 80.4
