     James Lewis was born on 4 June 1703 at Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Lewis and Elizabeth Huckins. James Lewis married Abigail Taylor on 5 March 1727. James Lewis married Bethia Hathaway on 2 April 1742.
