     Ephraim H. Filer was born on 14 October 1820.1 He was the son of Ephraim Filer and Elizabeth Tryon. Ephraim H. Filer married Charlotte Rachel Beerman.2 Ephraim H. Filer died on 15 November 1893 at Gaines, Orleans Co, New York, at age 73.3 He was buried at Otter Creek Cemetery, Gaines, Orleans Co, New York; He was buried in Lot East 57. The inscription reads "Hus of Charlotte Beerman, son of Ephraim Filer and Elizabeth Tryon".1
