Rhoda Hainsworth

     Rhoda Hainsworth was born in July 1876 at Hunslet, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of John Hainsworth and Mary Ann Dean.¹ Rhoda Hainsworth was baptized on 30 July 1876 at St Peter's, Hunslet, Yorkshire, England; The family was living on Almond Street.² She married Michael Martin Healy circa August 1901 at Holbeck, Yorkshire, England; The marriage took place in the 3rd quarter of 1901. This writer cannot locate any information on any Michael Martin Healey before this date.³ Rhoda Hainsworth died circa March 1919 at Bramley, Yorkshire, England.⁴
     She and Michael Martin Healy appeared on the census of 1911 at 18 Pickard Place, Hunslet, Leeds, Yorkshire, England; Michael Healey, 36, Rhoda, 34, John, 11, Mary Ann, 9, Martin, 5, Edward, 3 and Thomas, 1. There were also two boarders living with them; John Gibbons, 44, and James Durkin, 26.
Michael was a gas worker with the city. He and Rhoda had been married for 13 years and had 5 children, with only four still living.⁵
