Ephraim Parsons was born on 14 February 1713. He was the son of John Parsons and Sarah Atherton. Ephraim Parsons married Mary Searle, daughter of James Searle and Mary Mansfield, on 25 November 1762 at Northampton, Hampshire Co, Massachusetts. Ephraim Parsons died on 23 February 1799 at age 86.
