Melona Pierce was born on 2 March 1822.¹ She married Henry Scott, son of Richard Scott and Mercy Healey, on 14 April 1845 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co., Quebec; Henry was of Farnham and Melona was of Stanbridge.² Melona Pierce died on 2 October 1870 at Trowbridge, Allegan Co, Michigan, at age 48.¹ She was buried at Trowbridge Methodist Cemetery, Trowbridge, Allegan Co, Michigan.¹
