     Christiana Kerr was born on 2 December 1784 at Ecclefechan, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of John Kerr and Margaret Forsythe.1 Christiana Kerr was baptized on 20 December 1784 at Hoddom Parish, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.1 She married Walter Scott circa 1804 at Dumfriesshire, Scotland. Christiana Kerr died on 22 October 1870 at Liverpool, Queens Co, Nova Scotia, at age 85.2
