     Earnest Frederick Howard was born on 25 April 1916 at Portland, Cumberland Co, Maine.1 He was the son of Alexander Ernest Howard and Alta Leavitt.1 Earnest Frederick Howard married Dorothy Mae Taylor, daughter of Felix Johnson Taylor and Sarah Prince, on 27 October 1943.1 Earnest Frederick Howard died on 24 May 1999 at DeMotte, Jasper Co, Indiana, at age 83.2 He was buried on 27 May 1999 at DeMotte Cemetery, DeMotte, Jasper Co, Indiana.2
