William Warner

     William Warner married (?) Baker; The Will of Sarah Stone made on 25 Mar 1663 at Ipswich, Massachusetts states: she was the relict of Richard Lumkin, deceased, sometime of Boxstead in Essex, England, and then of Ipswich. She made bequests to her kinsmen, John and Daniel Warner. The Lumkins came to America about the time the Warners did/ In 1654, she deeded her Ipswich land to William Warner's son Daniel. These facts suggest that Sarah Baker was the sister of William Warner's wife, and secondly, that William's ome in England was Boxstead.¹ William Warner was baptized on 10 March 1585/86 at Great Horkesley, Essex Co, England.¹
