Oscar F. Partlow married Mary Louisa Colton, daughter of William Colton and Mary Scott.1 Oscar F. Partlow was born on 29 June 1842 at Quebec.1 He was the son of Joseph M. Partlow and Nancy Ann Scott. Oscar F. Partlow died on 3 October 1919 at Woodburn, Marion Co, Oregon, at age 77.1 He was buried on 5 October 1919 at Belle Passi Cemetery, Woodburn, Marion Co, Oregon.1
