John Henry Bingham was born on 25 December 1842 at County Down, Ireland.1 He was the son of Andrew Bigham and Ann Stranaghan. John Henry Bingham married Annie Elizabeth Beaty, daughter of James Benjamin Beaty and Margaret Grimison, on 7 March 1868 at Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts.2,3 John Henry Bingham died on 23 January 1913 at 103 Brookline Ave, Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts, at age 70.1 He was buried on 26 January 1913 at Walnut Street Cemetery, Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts.1,4
He appeared on the census of 1880 at 526 Linden Place, Brookline, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; John Bingham, 40, Annie, 32, Jane, Lizzie, 1, and an unnamed daughter, 2 months.5 He appeared on the census of 14 June 1900 at Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; John Bigham, 56, Annie, 51, E, 26, John, 17, Sarah, 13 and Margaret Beethy, 77, mother-in-law.3 He appeared on the census of 2 May 1910 at Brookline, Norfolk Co, Massachusetts; John Bingham, 72, Annie, 64, Elizabeth E., 31, John H., 27, Sarah J., 22, and Margaret, 16, niece. All of the children were born in Massachusetts, and John and Annie of Ireland. They had been married 43 years, and she had 14 children, with only five still living. They had come to the States in 1854.6
