Thomas Levallee was born circa 1778. He married Sarah Comfort Carlton Hall, daughter of Isaac Hall and Ann Scott, on 8 November 1823 at Montreal, Montreal Co, Quebec; Witnesses were her father and William Barnett, "brother-in-law". Thomas was a merchant of Quebec, while Sarah was of Montreal. William Barnet was listed as Burnett, and signed that way.1 Thomas Levallee died after 1845 at Quebec City, Quebec Co, Quebec.
He witnessed the marriage of Mary McConnell Cochran and Samuel Hall Levallee on 2 June 1845 at Quebec City, Quebec, Quebec.2
