Cornelia Ann Covey was born on 11 September 1826 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.1 She was the daughter of John M. Covey and Elizabeth Gale. Cornelia Ann Covey was baptized on 15 August 1828 at St George's Anglican Church, Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Heman A. Billings on 1 December 1850 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.3 Cornelia Ann Covey died on 3 February 1853 at Henryville, Iberville Co, Quebec, at age 26; affidavit dated 1881 concerning Cornelia Covey Billings.
