     Roland L. Meek was born on 12 October 1854 at Rawdon, Hants Co, Nova Scotia.1 He was the son of Stephen Meek and Ann Kerr. Roland L. Meek married Margaret Heath on 4 July 1874 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.2 Roland L. Meek married Edith L. Walsh on 25 December 1891 at Manhattan, New York Co, New York.3 Roland L. Meek died on 28 April 1904 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts, at age 49.4
     He was naturalized on 14 May 1884 at Boston, Suffolk Co, Massachusetts; He had arrived in Boston on or about 1 May 1872.1
