     Jeffrey Parsons was born circa 1630 at Devon, England. He was the son of James Parsons and Alice Crossing.1 Jeffrey Parsons was baptized on 1 August 1630 at Loddiswell, Devon, England.1 He married Sarah Vinson, daughter of William Vinson, on 11 November 1657 at Gloucester, Essex Co, Massachusetts.1 Jeffrey Parsons died on 16 August 1689 at Gloucester, Essex Co, Massachusetts.1
