Jeremiah Merrill was born on 14 July 1780 at Springfield, Penobscot Co, Maine. He was the son of John Merrill and Anna Hammond. Jeremiah Merrill married Priscilla Atwood on 1 December 1803 at New Gloucester, Cumberland Co, Maine. Jeremiah Merrill died on 10 February 1848 at age 67.
