Celia Midyett was born circa 1792.1 She was the daughter of Sarah Brooks.1 Celia Midyett married Lewis Tiner, son of Jesse Tiner, on 7 March 1815 at Johnston Co, North Carolina. Celia Midyett died in 1857 at Madison Co, Tennessee.1
