     Sarah Ann Derick was born on 20 April 1862 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Nauman Derick and Margaret Fleming. Sarah Ann Derick was baptized on 14 October 1863 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Samuel J Hall on 30 March 1887 at Waterloo, Black Hawk Co, Iowa.3
