Hannah Mayo was born at prob Eastham, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Mayo and Ruth Hopkins. Hannah Mayo married Judah Hopkins, son of Stephen Hopkins and Mary Merrick, on 14 April 1702 at Eastham, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1 Hannah Mayo died on 5 July 1719 at Harwich, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.2
