     William Sylvester Mandigo was born on 2 September 1833 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Noah Mandigo and Jane Longeway. William Sylvester Mandigo was baptized on 1 October 1837 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 He married Jane Harvey on 8 December 1857 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. William Sylvester Mandigo died on 9 February 1903 at Brome, Brome Co, Quebec, at age 69.3 He was buried on 12 February 1903 at Methodist Cemtery, West Brome, Brome Co, Quebec.3
