     Oliver Flagg was born on 15 November 1802. He was the son of Isaac Flagg and Anna Belding. Oliver Flagg married Eliza Williams, daughter of John Williams, on 31 May 1824 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; St George's Anglican Church. Oliver Flagg was baptized on 20 January 1842 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church.
     He witnessed the marriage of Henry Salls and Lydia Branch on 19 September 1824 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 Oliver Flagg witnessed the burial of Ira Flagg on 26 April 1845 at St George's Anglican Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2,3
