     Isaac Flagg was born on 20 March 1814 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Ira Flagg and Nancy Colton. Isaac Flagg was baptized on 3 March 1815 at Christie's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He married Mary Anne Derick, daughter of Philip Derick Jr and Barbara Young, on 13 November 1839 at St George's Anglican Church, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Isaac Flagg married Mary Peer on 19 March 1849 at Freighsburg Holy Trinity Church, Frelighsburg, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3 Isaac Flagg died on 17 April 1873 at Kalamazoo Co, Michigan, at age 59; Isaac was listed as 57 yrs old, and born in Ottawa. His parents were listed as Ira and Nancy Flagg, who resided in Ottawa.4
     He witnessed the burial of Ira Flagg on 26 April 1845 at St George's Anglican Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.5,2 Isaac Flagg witnessed the burial of Mary Anne Derick on 11 April 1848 at 3rd Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.6
