Narcissa Geer was born on 26 February 1829 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of Isaac Watts Geer and Sarah Nokes. Narcissa Geer was baptized on 6 September 1829 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She married Prosper D. Richards on 19 July 1853 at Racine Co, New York.2
