     Elzina Covey married John P. Ames.1 Elzina Covey was born on 16 March 1837 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.2 She was the daughter of Elisha (Elijah) Covey and Sarah Priest. Elzina Covey was baptized on 1 May 1839 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec, by Rev. B. Hitchcock; Witnesses: Elisha and Sally Covey.3 She died on 11 August 1899 at Brooklyn, Kings Co, New York, at age 62; She had been a resident of 404 11th Street, New York City, 62 years old and married.4 She was buried on 12 August 1899 at Edwards Church Cemetery, Framingham, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; The death record lists she was buried in Saxonville.5,4
