Rollin L Covey

     Rollin L Covey was born on 5 May 1869 at Clinton Mills, Clinton Co, New York. He was the son of Charles Wesley Covey and Sarah Lydia Morrison. Rollin L Covey married Anne M. Reed, daughter of Lawrence Reid, on 27 June 1899 at Nashua, Hillsborough Co, New Hampshire; Rollin L. Covey was 30 yrs old and Anna Reed was 23.^1,2 Rollin L Covey died on 25 April 1917 at Amsterdam, Montgomery Co, New York, at age 47.³ He was buried at Perth Cemetery, Perth, Fulton Co, New York; His stone reads 5 May 1868 - 24 Apr 1915.⁴
     He appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 at Perth, Fulton Co, New York; Roland L. Covey, 39, Anna M., 35, George E., 7, Margaret L., 5, Agnes R., 2, and Alice W., 6 mos. Roland and Ann had been married 11 years and had four children, all living.²
