Thomas Pinion was the son of Nicholas Pinion and Elizabeth Starre. Thomas Pinion married Mercy (?) circa 1673 at Connecticut. Thomas Pinion died on 10 October 1710 at East Haven, New Haven Co, Connecticut.1
In August 1666, Thomas Pinion was was charged with drunkeness, along with three other men. Thomas had given his neighbor permission to have sex with his wife if she agreed. AfterWilliam Collins carried her off, she answered her husband had "noe such power over her as to make her sin". Thomas Pinion was fined for his attempt to abuse his wife.2
