Robert Pinion was born in 1644 at Burwash, Sussex Co, England. He was the son of Nicholas Pinion and Elizabeth Starre. Robert Pinion was baptized on 28 April 1644 at Burwash, Sussex Co, England. He died on 10 October 1710 at New Haven, New Haven Co, Connecticut.
Robert had been in trouble since the family left Lynn. When in New Haven, he was fined several times, whipped and his charges ranged from theft to sabbath violations. He was also jailed and sometime later left for Plymouth, where in 1667 was "publickly whipt" ordered to immediately leave the Colony.1
