Frances Minerva Tallman

     Frances Minerva Tallman was born on 13 October 1866 at Essex Co, New York.^1,2 She was the daughter of Edward Tallman and Clarissa Minerva Wade. Frances Minerva Tallman was christened on 27 December 1870 at Willsboro, Essex Co, New York.³ She married Noble H. Bissonette on 4 June 1890 at Colchester, Chittenden Co, Vermont.³ Frances Minerva Tallman died on 15 June 1948 at Burlington, Chittenden Co, Vermont, at age 81; Cause of death was listed as arterio Sclerosis. She passed in a local "institution". She left her sister Nora, along with her husband, three sons, Ralph, Harold and Edward, along with Daughter, Blanche Whitten of Terre Haute, Indiana.^1,4
