     Sarah Harriet Wait was born on 28 June 1866 at Waterville, Compton Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Abraham Wait and Harriet N. Brown. Sarah Harriet Wait was baptized on 14 October 1866 at Hatley, Stanstead Co, Quebec.2 She married Henry Foy, son of Sarah Maria (?), on 28 March 1894 at Smiths Falls, Lanark Co, Ontario.3
