Catherine A. Tallman was born on 23 February 1852 at New York. She was the daughter of David Tallman and Aurilla Smith. Catherine A. Tallman married Thomas Rodgers on 9 December 1893 at Chetek, Barron Co, Wisconsin; Thomas Rodgers was a wodower as well when he married Catherine Tallman.3 Catherine A. Tallman died on 7 September 1944 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co, California, at age 92; The death certificate says she had lived in California for 13 years, and in the US for 91 years having come from canada when a baby to New York state.2
