Elmira Covey was born on 16 January 1863 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.¹ She was the daughter of Stephen Covey and Eliza Jane Partlow. Elmira Covey married George James Covey, son of John Young Covey and Roxana Hunter. Elmira Covey married William Brower on 11 September 1912 at Amsterdam, Montgomery Co, New York. Elmira Covey married Chris Sauter before 1925. Elmira Covey died on 25 July 1945 at Florida, Montgomery Co, New York, at age 82.
