     Albert Reuben Patterson was born on 14 September 1871 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Danford Patterson and Eliza Ann Wait. Albert Reuben Patterson married Ida Hislop, daughter of James Hislop and Mary Jane Young, circa 1897.2 Albert Reuben Patterson died on 7 October 1948 at Berkshire, Franklin Co, Vermont, at age 77.1,3
     He appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Fairfax, Franklin Co, Vermont; Albert R. Patterson, 38, b. Canada, Ida N., 32, b. VT, Edith E., 13, Safford L., 9 and Alma M., 5; All children born Vermont.2
