     George Derick was buried at Glenwood Cemetery, Champlain, Clinton Co, New York. He was born on 29 April 1823 at Lacolle, Iberville Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of John William Derick and Sarah Lea. George Derick was baptized on 30 June 1828 at Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He died on 30 July 1896 at Champlain, Clinton Co, New York, at age 73.
