     Jane Friot was born on 5 May 1802 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of Joseph Friot and Jane Filer. Jane Friot married Orange Spoor, son of William Spoor and Rhoda Spoor, on 23 September 1818 at Quebec; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. Jane Friot was baptized on 3 July 1825; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. She died on 3 June 1846 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 44; Present were husband, Orange Spoor, her son, Joseph and Langdon Simpson.1 She was buried on 5 June 1846 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2
