     Charlotte Munday was born circa 1817 at Leeds, Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of James Munday and Rhoda Smith. Charlotte Munday was baptized on 6 April 1817 at St Peter's Church, Leeds, Yorkshire, England. She died in March 1818 at Holbeck, Leeds, Yorkshire, England; Charlotte was only 12 mos old.1 She was buried on 15 March 1818 at Leeds at Holbeck Chapel, Holbeck, Yorkshire, England.1
